Since our establishment, Living Hope has been committed to helping those in need to access affordable housing, find meaningful employment, and to connect with critical resources in the community. Our team of dedicated professionals works tirelessly to provide support and training in community participation, health, safety and wellness, household management, and adaptive skills. We believe that everyone deserves a safe, stable place to call home and the opportunity to achieve their full potential. That’s why we offer a range of services designed to meet the unique needs of each person we serve, from interpersonal communications skills and health services support to problem-solving, crisis prevention skills., and life skills coaching.
